Three Families. One Mission. Countless Culinary Centerpieces.
We're CopperHoods, and we cook up range hoods that make a statement—from our design studio in Wisconsin and Minnesota (where 'bubbler' meets 'hot dish') to the master artisan workshop run by our partners Susan and Jack.
Here's the thing: we believe in transparency. While some companies play hide-and-seek with where their hoods come from, we'll tell you straight up—our hoods are handcrafted by skilled artisans we've worked with for over a decade. We handle design, customer service, and quality control right here in the heartland, while Susan and Jack's team brings our designs to life with expert metalwork.
It's a partnership built on trust, thousands of hoods, and a shared obsession with getting every detail right. Service with a wink and a nod is our secret sauce. Our design and shipping process is smoother than grandma's gravy, and we pride ourselves on having one of the industry's quickest custom hood turnaround times.
After 12 years of working together, we've built something rare: a partnership where three families share the same standards, the same values, and the same goal—creating culinary centerpieces that make your neighbors say, "Well, would you look at that!"

Meet the Family
The team behind every design, every phone call, and every "Where did you get that hood?" moment

Meet Adam
Meet Jennelle
Faced with the prospect of swapping wine glasses for baby bottles, Jennelle and Adam embarked on a new adventure: launching CopperHoods.com alongside their new family. After all, why not start a company when you're already losing sleep?
Jennelle's commitment to family is unwavering. She keeps the CopperHoods.com team running smoothly and chairs her family's charitable foundation, juggling philanthropy and parenthood with grace and a sense of humor. Her inspirational vision, expertise in business, and dedication to giving back infuse every aspect of CopperHoods.com.
Whether inspiring the team, designing hoods, or planning a charity event, Jennelle does it all with a smile, a laugh, and maybe even a wink. After all, someone has to keep Adam and Marc in line!
Meet Marc
Marc, the COO and Master Designer at CopperHoods.com, spent over a decade crafting advertising masterpieces for some of the world's biggest brands. But Marc felt a little cooked after countless late nights and too many "out of the box" brainstorms. Agency life will do that to you.
Enter Adam, Marc's lifelong friend and the mastermind behind CopperHoods.com. One day, Adam called him up and said, "Hey Marc, I need you on the team. We're designing one-of-a-kind hoods and delivering top-notch customer service. Plus, we actually get to see daylight!" How could Marc resist?

Marc's got a lot to say about custom range hoods

The Hands Behind the Craft
Meet the family who brings our designs to life
Meet Susan & Jack
Susan and Jack aren't just our manufacturing partners—they're family. And like most good family stories, ours started with a leap of faith.
In 2013, when CopperHoods was still finding its footing, Adam met Susan and Jack—a husband-and-wife team who had just founded their own metalworking shop. They were facing the same challenges every startup does: tight budgets, uncertain futures, and a whole lot of determination. Adam saw something in them that went beyond their technical skills—he saw craftspeople who shared his obsession with quality.
That first order changed everything. Through continuous learning, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence, Susan and Jack's workshop has grown alongside CopperHoods. Today, their team of skilled artisans hand-forges every hood we design, using TIG welding, pure 16-gauge copper, and techniques refined over more than a decade of partnership.
Susan brings meticulous attention to quality control and operations, while Jack leads the artisan team with an engineer's precision and an artist's eye. Together with their children Sienna and Yabi, they're building something meant to last—just like the hoods they create.
We're proud to tell you exactly where your hood comes from and who makes it. In an industry where some companies hide behind vague claims about "artisan partners," we believe you deserve to know the real people putting their hands on your investment.
