It was a bit of a gamble ordering something as significant as a Copper Hood online' but it paid off! The service was excellent. Adam was extremely responsive whenever I had a question or concern. The hood was delivered in the specified time frame. And it is GORGEOUS!! Exactly what we had hoped for and imagined. It has only been in for a week, so I cannot speak to durability, etc. But I suspect we will be very happy with it for many many years!

I purchased a 54inch wall mounted copper hood for my new kitchen remodel from Copper Kitchen Specialist. Before I found them I had spent many weeks looking on line for a custom hood. I had specific measurements that I required as I had already ordered my kitchen cabinets. I needed a hood that was a little taller than the ones you purchase off the shelf. I had many dimensions that had to be exact. Adam and his team talked with my contractor and I on the phone before we purchased the hood. My contractor had technical questions and I had aesthetic questions. He took time to explain the different hammered looks and how that effects the color of the metal. I explained the look that was hoping for and he walked me through the options. I was also concerned about having such a large heavy item shipped to California and it arriving in good shape. I was not disappointed at all when it arrived exactly on time. It truly exceeded all my expectations, our contractors too and he has been installing hoods for may years now. It was well made and exactly to my spec. The color and design was as he told me it would be. The packing was amazing. It came well packaged in a custom wooden box that we had to use a crow bar to open. Last but not least the price of this custom, handmade hood that was shipped to my door was less than half that the big name brands had quoted me. They also got it to us 3 weeks earlier than the anyone else had quoted. I would use them again in a heart beat. I couldn't fault them on any part of the process.

I worked with Adam on the design specifications for my kitchen hood, and he was very professional and extremely helpful in recommending the right color and style for my kitchen. I was very hesitant to make such a large purchase over the internet without having any knowledge of the company. After much research online and with a local company in Fla., I decided to hire Copper Kitchens Specialist to design and purchase the copper hood for my newly remodeled kitchen. I received a call from Adam almost immediately after I sent an inquiry thru email, on a Sunday! He was very knowledgeable with the product but not pushy, He was extremely patient with me as I began to tell him what I was looking for. Adam walked me through each step, he drew out several different designs and was always kind, patient and understanding until I made my decision. His price was better than everywhere else I had checked. Once I made my decision, the hood was delivered exactly when expected, and it was perfect! Better than I hoped for! The installation was simple, just follow directions. I can't say enough kind things about this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I only wish I could say that about all the contractors I've used in the past. Adam's customer service and product exceeded them all!

I found CopperHoods by conducting an internet search. After looking at the lovely photos and speaking with the designer, Adam, I was sold on their product and service. Adam worked with me to design a copper vent hood cover that would complement the design details of my kitchen. His sink selection and pricing were very comparable. We spoke on the phone, emailed and he sent design specs. After our approval, the fabrication and delivery went very quickly and we had our product within 8 weeks. We are so pleased with the results ' everything fit and was done to our requirements. It was a pleasure working with CopperHoods!

Our Hammered Copper Hood exceeded all out expectations! I was almost tempted to leave it in the middle of the living room for a while since it's truly a work of art. The lines, curves and angles all come together perfectly, soldered in place with copper strips, and the color is perfect. Adam from CopperHoods was super helpful from day one when we called him in the middle of a Labor Day Barbecue. We had a few concerns about ordering something like this from someone on the other side if the country, but Adams professionalism and attention to detail pit us at eaae and sure enough, it's as perfect as it is beautiful.

I spent many hours searching the Internet for the perfect copper hood for my kitchen remodel. I feel so lucky to have come across CopperHoods. From start to finish, I was treated with excellent customer service. Any questions I had during the process were promptly answered by Adam. It is always worrisome to order a product that you have not seen in person, but I must say that when I opened the nicely packed crate that my hood was delivered in, I was more than impressed. The hood far surpassed what I had expected. It looks exactly like the pictures on their website. It is absolutely beautiful. My new hood looks fantastic! I've yet to move in and use it, but if it's as functional as it is beautiful than I'm fully pleased. Adam was a pleasure to work with, and everything about my experience was as it should be. Looking forward to putting my new hood to great use!!

I ordered a custom copper hood from CopperHoods for my kitchen remodel. Adam was very patient with me and revised the design several times (at my request)to arrive at the correct size and look for my older home. The hood and liner arrived on time and very well packed and in perfect condition. The hood was designed to go over a 36? Wolf range top with built in grill. We used the grill for the first time on Christmas to finish off a whole roast tenderloin and the fan/blower did a great job with the smoke from the grill. The copper hood and fan/liner exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend working with Adam and CopperHoods!

My hood is absolutely INCREDIBLE! Adam Torgersen(owner) is great to work with; he lives up to his word, pricing will beat anyone, and he delivers on schedule. The hood that I ordered is a oil rubbed bronze, solid copper, custom Bella design. Beautiful; the cabinet people, along with the contractor, etc. have all been amazed at the beauty and quality of the hood, and could not believe the price. I also purchased my fan(the actual working part). Again, price great, and much higher commercial type quality,(TradeWind). In short great quality, wonderful customer service.
