Working with Marc on our project was simple and easy. He was readily available via phone or email and was even answering questions on weekends. We had a specialty design request to match the hood to our wood stove that he coordinated for us that came out absolutely perfect. When the fan arrived damaged in shipment, They overnighted a replacement, The hood is beautiful and is the centerpiece of our new kitchen.
