Like that perfect family recipe, each CopperHood is specially crafted just for you. Because every hood is custom-built to your exact specifications (just like Grandma would want it), all sales are final. We're proud to stand by this policy, which means once your hood is created, it's yours to treasure. But hey, we know sometimes things don't go according to plan (even the best cooks have their mishaps!). If you find yourself needing a different hood, here's our exchange policy:

  • If you need to exchange your hood for a different model or size, we'll help you cook up a solution! We'll refund 60% of your original hood purchase price, which you can immediately apply toward your new CopperHood masterpiece.

  • You'll be responsible for disposing of the original hood (think of it as clearing the kitchen for your new culinary centerpiece).

  • Your new hood's final cost will be its full price minus your refund from the original hood.

For example: If your original hood cost $4,489, you'd receive a $2,693 credit toward your new hood. If the new hood costs $5,000, your out-of-pocket cost would be $2,307 ($5,000 - $2,693 = $2,307).

How do I submit a warranty claim? Please contact our design team directly with your order details, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs that document the concern.

What if my order arrives damaged? Thoroughly inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Damage claims must be submitted after inspection, accompanied by detailed photographs. Claims must be filed prior to product installation. Our design team will promptly coordinate replacement or repair services.
