Finally!!! Our kitchen remodel was completed the end of May. It has been a very long journey. As you may, or may not recall, we contacted you mid-2022 and with your expertise and many emails and phone calls, we ordered a magnificent copper hood. Our installer and his fabulous team took on the task of gingerly unpacking the hood. They inspected it with a magnifying glass to insure that it was perfect. Indeed, it was. It took five very strong young men to bring the hood into the house and put it in place. That was really a challenge! They all were very persnickety about its exact placement on all sides. They did not stop until everything was absolutely "Perfect"! "The Hood" now has a prominent Place of Honor over our stove. It is the very first thing one sees upon entering our home. It is absolutely gorgeous! Everyone who enters our home is awestruck at its beauty! It truly is the focal point in our beautiful new kitchen! We just love it!! Both Don and I thank you so very much for all of your assistance in choosing the perfect hood and ensuring that every aspect of it and of its installation was perfect.
